1) When setting up my store on my own domain I ran into an issue with the hosting company where the store didn't want to install. I then realized that I had a Microsoft setup on the host rather than Linux which is needed for PHP type applications like the store. I did see in the documentation that the store application requires Apache, but not everyone might know that you need to specify to your host that you need stuff to be in Linux. Might be helpful to other users to add the note that the host needs to be set up on Linux if you are setting up the store on your own domain.
2) Within the store itself, and I'm not sure if this is dependent on the template the user uses or not, but in the "Glamour" template it's not there. When you go to the item detail under products, there is a "back" link. A "next" link to view the detail of the next item would be helpful so that you don't have to click "back", and then on THAT page have to click on the next item. Adding a next button in the item detail might help keep shoppers on the store sites longer - won't have to navigate an extra step and get frustrated with the clicking.
3) Fee policies are confusing. I have provided my credit card info, but I'm not completely sure why I was asked for it since based on the documentation I _don't think_ I'll actually be charged for anything... Do I need the actual "platform" appearing in my account to do what I'm doing now, meaning, sell my products through the store only and use the Gallery on my ebay listings? It says that to host the store is free, but will you be charging me the extra fees once items from my store sell or does that only apply to the listings I submit through vendio TO Ebay, Amazon etc? A definition of the "Marketplace" as opposed to "Host Store" would be helpful, more specifically what does each one include? Do the fees for 0-$1000 etc apply to the items I list in my store as well?
4) Also, under fees it may be helpful to indicate what exactly image hosting includes. Does that include the images I upload for thumbnails on the store? Currently I don't think you charge for thumbnails and that they are indeed free, but again, I'm not really sure if that's the case. If the "image hosting" you list includes thumbnails then I think it's safe for me to say some people might be p-oed if they see a charge on their account without being notified ahead of time.
Thank you for your suggestions! I have passed them along to the product manager.
If you are only using Vendio for the Store and Gallery services, then you do not need to subscribe to either Vendio Platform or Image Hosting (which are used to list items to eBay and Amazon). The Store plan that you are subscribed to is free (as well as the images that are being used in your Store). If you would like to disable the Vendio Platform service, you may do so under "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "My Product Plans". Please let us know should you have any trouble with this.

Hi NATHAN. Need some info regarding the FEES. I have noticed that my credit card has been charged $10 every month for the last 3 months despite you indicating the plan I was subscribed to was FREE. I indicated the fees were confusing (per the fee schedule document Vendio has). This is why I had asked for the clarification to begin with. Please explain why I am being charged. I would like to request a refund.

To clarify this is regarding #3 on the list in my original post. ALSO - I was forced to put in my credit card information AGAIN in order to even get back in here to post this. I was very reluctant to do this. Please rectify this issue, I don't want to be charged any more fees and don't feel I should be obligated to pay for the prior since it was stated that the service I was subscribed to was Free yet I am being charged? I hope this is just a mistake and not a backhanded way to charge by providing unclear information in the fee scheudle.

Hello,
The plans that you had signed up for OTHER than the free gallery and storefront do have fees for their use.
It does look however like you have since disabled the Vendio platform per Nate's instructions, since you don't need it if your just using the storefront and don't need to manage eBay or Amazon listings.
Any refund requests should be submitted via the 'help' link in your account so they are routed to the billing department directly.
