I am new to vendio and I am trying to send an item to ebay and it keeps popping up an error message at the top that says, \"Please select items with eBay US ads to launch to eBay US\". This doesn\'t even make sense! I am IN the US! I use eBay in the US!

Thank you for your message, and I am sorry for the trouble you are having launching your listings. The problem is with the eBay Market Profile that you are using. Please edit the profile by going to Items >> Profiles >> Policies and change the second field in the profile from "eBay Stores" to "eBay". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after making that change.
