hi~I am in a huge dilema. I don't want to quit Vendio. Love the platform but I cannot understand why I cannot offer combined shipping in Ebay. I believe I have done all I can in Ebay platform and when I called they said "It must be your listing agent". Isn't Vendio and Ebay compatible in their combined shipping? I really cannot understand and now with seller hub I cannot even locate a way to refund the shipping overage, not to mention Ebay is going to not give back any of my final value fee. They are not together. It takes days to process the fees as well. I am missing Pay Pal already. Anyone know how to combine shipping using Vendio and Ebay?

Hello,
Thank you for writing in.Please note this is happening when one item is a BIN and the other an Auction item. Ebay masks the email address for the BIN buyers, but uses the real email addresses for the auction buyers. It looks like Vendio can't recognize that they are the same buyers.In cases where all the items are BIN and paid together Vendio combines the items automatically.
In order to resolve the same you can change the email address as required for each sold item by following the below steps;
1. Go to Post Sale Summary - [http://wsacp.vendio.com/my/acp/postsale.html]
2. Select the Sold item - Use the button Edit next to Buyer email address
3. Open a popup - Unselect the checkbox Relist and change the email address
Also if you want to change the shipping address you unselect the step 2. Then you are able to change the buyer's address.
