Can you tell me what is going on with my pictures.
I relisted this ad and it only put up the pictured in the ad. It did not put them up at the top. This has been happening a lot lately.

It is happening to new ads as well. I just created this one. I had not go back and add the pictured through eBay.

Thank you for writing in.Please note this is a transient error at eBay's end and is caused due to a delay when information is transmitted from vendio to eBay and eBay to Vendio.

Here is another example where it didn't work in either place. There should have been more photos. This is the only reason I'm still using Vendio. It is handy when I get something in that I've had in the past. I would just relist an old ad.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply and the additional information. The template that is selected for this item is "imported listing", which means the listing is being based off of a listing that was imported into Vendio. When that template is selected, the images will only appear in the description section if they are added to the listing description HTML code.
Please choose a different template (that has image placement options), and be sure to preview the listing prior to listing to make sure that it looks correct. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this for your future listings after making that change.

I've used this template for 10+ years. The preview looks fine. It just is not constantly putting the pictures on eBay. especially when I relist. But also on newly listed items.

I listed this auction and it failed to load the pictures. It is sitting in my pending auction. Take a look at it and see if you find the problem. Then you can list it. (it is ready to go) Then you can see what the problem is. When I listed it I got this.

Sorry I see them at the bottom. That IS NOT where I want them. No one will scroll that far down. And they are not in the eBay picture box. eBay tells me I do not have enough pictures in the ad. They do not allow me to revise the ad with out adding pictures.
