I have been trying to build profiles and have been getting an error message "internal server erro" which I assume means you are having problems. Suggestion: at your Help link there is a link for eBay system status, why not a link for Vendio system status. At least we'lll know whats up.
There haven't actually been any outages today to report. Im not yet sure why you would be running into such an error message. If it persists, can you try just clearing your browsers temp files and try to save the profile again to see if that solved the issue?
