Silver power seller...been there since 1998. I AM DONE!! Auction Watch (now - VENDIO) has always been great!! Great tools...great service....wonderful pricing plans/options. I need to know what the next step is..
#1-How do I go about opening a VENDIO STORE site using existing photos(possible auctiondetails) that I have with my account?
#2-I have a large presence on Amazon(7,500+ items) and if possible use this site for that also -- steps needed there?

Please respond soon...

Hello,

I checked your account, and you are already subscribed to a Vendio Store plan. Note that you will need to resubscribe to Image Hosting in order to use the Store plan with images that are stored in Vendio. In order to add an existing inventory item to your Store, go to "Sales Manager" --> "Inventory" --> click on the title of the inventory item --> at the bottom of the page fill in the "Your Vendio Store Information" section (being sure to enter a quantity, price, and category).

Please note that if you would like to list to Amazon and/or use the new version of our Store services, you will need to open a new Vendio account (in order to get the new style of account). It is unfortunately not possible to transfer the data from the old account to the new account.

Thank you nathan...

How do I eliminate Vendio TOTALLY and start over with the Vendio Store. I do not want to sell on ebay...just a seperate VENDIO STORE FRONT and possibly Amazon also

Hello,

First, please be aware that there is not yet a desktop software available with the new version of our services. You would need to manage the account from our online website. In order to cancel your current account, please send the cancellation request from the
"Help" --> "Contact Us" --> "Email / FAQ" --> "Contact Support" section of your Vendio account. When you send the request, also ask us to remove your email address from your current account (so that you can use it to open the new account). Since you won't be using it, you can remove the Sales Manager Pro software from your computer, but that is not necessary.

got it...done...in process of rebuilding a store and platform...know where I could hire cheap labor?

Hello,

I checked your new account and noticed that you subscribed to paid Image Hosting in addition to the free Store. Please note that if you are only using the images for the Store, then you do not need an Image Hosting plan (the images are included with the free Store). You would only need the Image Hosting plan if you want to use the images for anything other than the free Store. If you do not need Image Hosting, you may deactivate it under "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "My Product Plans".
