I took advantage of the offer and I have two issues - 1. my account reads "TRIAL" is that what it should read for this offer? 2. I cannot save, any profile anywhere, Tax, Shipping, etc... I get the same error on all profiles "cannot retrieve profile try again later..." I try later and it still is the same problem and message.
I sent a request but tonight is a webnar and I would like to be able have this work. Is it because my account reads "trial" can this be changed? Will anyone who takes advantage of the offer have the same issues?

Hello,

1. Yes, that is what it should read.

2. There are currently some problems using IE8 with our website, and our engineers are working on correcting those problems. In the meantime, you should be able to work around them by running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode. Please give this a try and let us know should you continue to have trouble. You may find instructions for running IE8 in IE7 compatibility mode here:
