hi, not an expert but maybe i can help.. if you are making a listing from vendio you should go to the image housing page and hit the up load images button and up load your images from your computer by clicking on the browse button. when you are done and starting your listing from the control palnel page, you select the ebay symbol from the top list on the left and a page opens for title description etc.. about half way down the page is a box containing the images (you only see the file numbers but when you click on the numbers the photo appears) and you can attach it and one for the gallery.. continue filling in the form and the images will be located in your listing automatically as part of the process.

if you are using ebay sales manager the process is about the same.. you don't really have to have a url to plug in you just need to make sure you uploaded the photo's to online first..

i hope this helps..

Hello,

Once you have the URL of your image, this is what you paste to make it show up:

<img src="pastetheURLofyourpicturehere">

Ive used one of your own images as an example. If you get the URL of the picture you want to use and swap it out with what you see above, it will appear in your listing.

it looks like you started a second thread for this same question, so we'll just keep this one going to keep all of your questions in the same place.

I hope the above answers your question about how to format the HTML/URL to put a picture on eBay, but if not please let me know which step in the process your stuck at - were more than happy to assist.

As for your other post, you had a second issue you mentioned:

"i would do, as one person suggested, re-list the item with the added photos. butwhen i previewed it, i saw this stupid thing saying: businessname: "xxxx" and it was my log-in i.d., just a log in i.d. and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to ge rid of that text."

This is the result of your setting up your Policy Profile this way. You can edit this via the Profiles page. Just click on the one you created called 'bohemian bungalow' to edit the 'Business Name' field, where you manually entered that text your referring to showing up in your ad.

If you have any trouble editing the text from that profile please let us know.

Regards,
Chris

Ginaphototwo,

Your postings work against your interests. You might spend a little less time complaining IN CAPS and a little more time spell-checking and clearly stating your issues. Then the good people who frequent this site might help more.

Chris works for Vendio so has to help. I understand that you're frustrated, but most of us here won't help someone throwing a temper tantrum.

i'm sure you've never been frustrated and received answer.
if you can't offer help, why post? just to be rude?
