Hello,I have been receiving this alert
" 5 feedback(s) failed to submit " on the my vendio page.Any ideas as to why feedback is failing to be left in certain instances?
The error message coming back from eBay for those items is as follows:
FailureAdding feedback failed: invalid item number or invalid transaction or feedback already left.Your feedback comment for this user was not left. Either the item number you entered does not exist or you have not completed a transaction with this user or the time limit for leaving Feedback has expired or the feedback has been left already.
It is possible that you may have already left feedback for these items via eBay directly?
You can review the effected items via the Feedback page, by clicking the Failed link at the top of the items. The word 'failed' next to those items will pop open a window with the exact eBay reply when the feedback failed to post.
