Hello, new to vendio but long time ebay seller.
Pretty much what the title says. As a test, I have created an item and used a launch profile of now. I publish the listing, and then send it to ebay, not really concerned with amaazon or other marketplaces right now. Looking at the channels- marketplaces page, the status on the ebay item seems to change from active...to on hold with a scheduled time that has already passed when it was supposed to launch. When I try to resume its status to launch, the status goes to reset.
I have checked all my profiles and prefs and Im not sure what the problem is, as I have not seen any errors along the way. The channels marketplaces page also does not give a reason why the listings won't launch.

Just to add, I am able to launch listings to ebay, but not with the custom ebay ad template I created. I don't have time to look into more right now, later hopefully I will fool around with the template to see whats causing it, but if the tech has any ideas let me know.

Ok I used an html validation program on my custom template, fixed some messy code and now it submits correctly with my template. So I think I am ok now.

when does it appear....in my case I didn't get any errors at all, it just wouldn't launch after submitting it, so I didn't have much to go on.
