Hi,
Having a problem adding my UPS account to my "calculated" shipping profile. Entered my UPS account number. I checked "agree to UPS terms and conditions" and did not check "have UPS representation contact me" and the clicked. OK. Got a small "error" in red at the top left of the screen. Could not save the shipping profile since it said that no UPS account had been entered. Please help me - what am I doing wrong?

Hello Naren,
When you enter your UPS account information, it is checked against the address information that is entered into your Vendio account. If the zip code does not match, then the UPS account information entry can fail. Please enter your address information into your Vendio account under "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "Account & Billing Info" --> "Contact Information". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble entering your UPS account information after entering your address information into your Vendio account.
