For the past 6 weeks or so, I have not been able to send a combined eBay invoice with multiple items won. They show as single items. Some people still don't like to use the Vendio checkout so I have to use eBay. I have left posts on eBay and the response I get back is Vendio is the problem. Buyers are not happy and then I have to go to PayPal and cut and past to send a combined invoice.
Vendio has no control over how your invoices are sent from your eBay account, unfortunately. If you are trying to send combined invoices from your Vendio account and are having trouble, please let us know for which listing numbers. I checked your account, but it appears that all listings that are eligible to be combined have already been successfully combined.
