I have both an Inkfrog and Vendio account. I have not sold anything on eBay yet and am testing both tools. I just created an eBay auction in Inkfrog and launched it (#250474279500) into the test category. When I look at it logged in as either my eBay name or as a guest on eBay, it shows a Vendio Gallery in the listing. Why does it do this if the listing was launched from Inkfrog???? FYI, my ebay name and Vendio name are identical.
If you have an active Vendio Gallery, then it will be added to all active eBay listings that are associated with your eBay ID. It does not matter what method was used to launch the item to eBay (whether through Vendio, through eBay directly, or through another service such as Inkfrog), the Vendio Gallery is added to all of your active eBay listings.
If you want to deactivate the service plan completely, you may do so under "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "My Product Plans".
If you want to leave the service active and temporarily stop the Gallery from auto-attaching, you may do so under "Channels" --> "Gallery" --> "Placement" --> select "Do not automatically insert. I'll insert myself".

I have another question. What gives Vendio the right to go into an eBay listing not submitted by Vendio and modify it?
In fact Vendio is modifying a listing submitted by a direct competitor and could do all sorts of damage to it, subtle or otherwise.
Vendio should check for its own signature in the listing and if found make its modifications.
The Vendio Gallery service is designed for any eBay seller to use, no matter in what way they list their items to eBay. We have a very large number of customers that use the Vendio Gallery and have never listed through Vendio.
