I just signed up and wondered if I am going to have difficulty working with Vendio on a Mac. The reason I'm asking in general is because I cannot seem to import any items as it runs but nothing shows up and I cannot import directly from iphoto using the express publisher.
And when creating a listing, importing a single photo took over 1 minute before I found out it was too large. Will all imports take that long?

Hello,
The OS your using doesn't matter, it's all web based anyway so as long as you have an updated browser and a halfway decent internet connection - you should be fine.
The Xpress Publisher is a Windows tool that you can configure to use with Vendio, so that wouldn't be available on a Mac OS (and is specific in Windows to XP, though a workaround in Vista can restore a part of that functionality.)
The speed at which you can upload an image depends on the speed of your connection and the size of the image. If you image is over 1MB in size it will fail to upload as being too big. If most of your images are well over 1MB in size you will need to batch resize those in iPhoto prior to upload.

Thanks - but what about the import function? I've run Import items from ebay 3 times and nothing is showing up. I get no error messages. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Hello,
About how long ago did you run the first import from eBay? Is it okay if we try to do this for you? Also, did you by any chance import the items from eBay previously, then delete them, and now are trying to import them again?

Hello,
I triggered an import of your eBay listings for you, and I see that they are in the process of being imported into your Vendio account. You may locate the imported items under "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" and also under "Items" --> "My Items".
