Hello. I've been using Vendio for about a month now, and have ran into a few questions. Hopefully someone can help me.
1. Can I link My Item's SKU to eBay's Custom Label? Or link any other field to eBay's Custom Label? This is VERY important to my business as we use it constantly in our shipping process. Please help.
2. Is there any way to sort My Item folders alphabetically? Or, can I move it manually?
3. Under Create Item/eBay Info, there is a new Ad click function to create new ads. Is there any way to delete an Ad?
4. Under Create Item/eBay Info/eBay Store Category, is there any way to sort the categories alphabetically?
5. Under Create Item/eBay Info/Layout, Theme, and Counters, is there any way to sort the Custom Layouts alphabetically?

Hello,
1. It is not possible to do this, unfortunately.
2. You can move a folder, but in order to do this you will first need to drag and drop the folder you would like to move into a different folder. Then you can drag the folder and drop it where you like. (Note that it should not be necessary to move the folder within another folder first -- and we have asked our engineers to get this corrected.)
3. You may delete an Ad by going to "Items" --> "My Items" --> then click the plus sign to the left of the inventory item that has the Ad you would like to delete. Put a check mark in the box next to the Ad and click the "Delete" button.
4/5. Unfortunately, it is not possible to sort these sections alphabetically.

Thank you Nathan. You've been a great help. If possible, please add the eBay Custom Label function to your feature request list. Without it, it is very difficult for us to create a warehouse pull list. Or, if you recommend another method of accomplishing this, please let me know.
Another function I recommend is a search feature for your community forum. I am sure other people have asked similar questions as I have, but it is almost impossible to browse through all the posting for an answer. This makes your wealth of posting knowledge nearly useless.
I've heard rumor that a major update is coming from you guys. Hopefully some of these issues will get resolved. Please keep us all posted.
