I checked your account, but I was able to see 232 items stored there. Are you still having trouble with this? If so, and you haven't already, please try clearing your browser cache and see if that makes any difference. If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Firefox try using Internet Explorer. Please let us know the results.

I cleared my cache and restarted my browser. Nothing. I use Firefox. I tried Safari. Still nothing. I tried Opera. Still nothing. IE doesn't work on MACs, so I didnt' bother with that one.

Thank you for the update, and I am sorry that you are having trouble with this. Just to confirm, you are logging in to your Vendio account "frugalmommy", going to "Items" --> "My Items" and none of your items are showing on that page, correct? Do you have any anti-virus programs running on your computer currently? If so, please try temporarily disabling the program and let us know if that makes any difference.

Can you think of any recent changes that you have made to your computer? Any new programs that you have installed, for example? Also, do you have the ability to check your account from a different computer in order to see whether or not you get the same results?

We just upgraded our system software, but I didn't subscribe to Vendio platform until after we did that. In fact, I just subscribed a couple of days ago. I could check another computer tomorrow, but don't have the ability to do so tonight.

This morning they came back again. I hope this isn't going to happen regularly. It could seriously cramp my ability to do my business.

Hello,
Are you on the same computer as before when you were having the issue? (that your now able to see it?)
If so and if the only thing that changed was that you checked again the following morning - had you turned your computer off overnight or do you leave it logged on and running all night?
If you did restart overnight and it were to happen again, id try that first as it sounds like the items were always there and available however something was simply failing to display them properly.
