how long should we give it for an item launched from vendio to show up on ebay?
when i first did this, they showed up right away.
last week however, i waited what i thought was a sufficient amount of time, then i did the auction on ebay. lo and behold, the vendio versioin showed up and tho i asked ebay for a credit, they aren't responsible for what vendio does or doesn't do.
now i see that the item i am trying to send is "ebay ready" -- i sent it twice, two different times and it's been a half hour. I can't fathom anythign like this. it was instaneous at auctiva. i checked, it said ebay ready, when i saved, it said successfully saved i am at a loss what could be wrong NOW. it is a fixed cost shippingw ith nothing added whatsoever what now what now? has anyone yet felt good about the changes ever so slight to these forms? i realize people do not want to part with what they've created no matter how arduous it may be,but these forms are essentially, to serve the customers like us not make slaves of us. I would really rather just pay for image hosting and not have this headache.
how long shoujld i give it before i just do the auction on ebay? and spend yet more time with the photos copying and pasting...

Hello,

Please note that you may check the status of an item by going to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> then use the "Active", "Scheduled", and/or "Errors" link to check the status of your item. Please note that when you use the "Errors" link, if the listing failed you can click on the word "Error" to the right of it for the details. In this case, eBay returned the error:

"Package weight exceeded maximum allowable limit for service US Postal Service First Class Mail."

The reason this item failed is because you have selected USPS First Class Mail as a shipping method, but you have also specified a shipping weight of 10 pounds (which is too heavy for USPS First Class Mail). You may make this change by first selecting the item to edit. Then scroll down and expand the "eBay Info" section. Under the header "These settings will be used only for this item on eBay" click "Customize these settings" for the "Shipping Profile" and remove the USPS First Class Mail option. Since the item is set to use different shipping options for just the eBay item, you will need to make the change in the eBay Info section, rather than the Item Info section. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after making that change.

Regards,
Nathan
