When I set an item to post, the item becomes "stuck" on the LOADING screen. I have to use my browsing history to go back to the ITEMS screen. The item still posts correctly and everything else seems to be functioning normally.

Hello,

I'm not sorry about the trouble you are having with this. If you haven't already, could you please try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps? If it does not, please try using a different browser and let us know whether or not you get the same results. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer try using Mozilla Firefox. Please let us know the results.

I figure this is a typo, that you are "not sorry about the trouble" we are having with this?

Hello,

That is absolutely a typo! I think what happened is that I started to type "I'm not sure what is causing the problem", but switched to "I'm sorry about the trouble you are having with this" (and the two got combined). Sorry about that!

I would like to also report the same problem... I have deleted my cache, and tried compatibility mode... no go. It just stays stuck on "loading"

Hello KProducts_49,

If you haven't already, could you please try deleting any Vendio cookies as well, and see if that helps? If it does not, please let us know whether or not you have the same problem when using a different browser (such as Mozilla Firefox).

Hi:
Deleted cookies with everything else.. I'm using Vista and I cannot put Mozilla on this machine due to compatiblity issues with my other programs and Mozilla.
However, I tried FireFox on a Linux box and I still had the same issue.
I also tried an XP OS and still had the same issue...
I went off location to another AP and still had the same issue with all 3 OS units.

Hello Joe,

On exactly what page is this happening? What is the last step that you take before the page begins loading and does not complete, no matter what browser or computer you are using?

Hi Nate:
When I save or edit in "My Items". Or when I finish and want to list immediately or later it hangs on loading.
The page shows in grey the items have been saved but the loading indicator displays and the page does not refresh.
When I manually refresh it does not help and I'm returned to the home page.
The edits & listing are saved but the page just does not come up.
This is only time I experience the loading delay.... and it does not come up even 1 hr later.... that is the max I have timed it.

Hello Joe,

Thank you for the additional information. I was able to duplicate the problem, and I have asked our engineers to take a look. We will let you know as soon as we hear back from them.

Additional info... Not sure if related but the counts on the "my dashboard" are not keeping track correctly.
Tonight I set up scheduled 9 auctions ready to list and the dashboard counts showed only 2 items that are scheduled.... odd.

I am sorry that you are having trouble with the dashboard display. About how long ago did you schedule the items?

Hi Nathan:
They are in que at this moment. Posting around 9 if I remember correctly.
The engineers, have not yet corrected the loading issue.... but when I do a copy of an auction and change the content it displays just fine most of the time.
Very odd... are the servers in synch?
