Hello,

I am wondering if there is plan to upload Vendio's SKU no. to eBay as a Custom Label. This is important to our shipping process because we use eBay's Custom Label as our pull list during shipping. We generate a pull list everyday in order to bulk pull sold items from our warehouse and then ship them individually. We are happy to switch to another method of identification as long as we can still generate a pull list somehow. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hello Mike,

Thank you for the suggestion! I am not aware of any plans to do this, but I have passed your suggestion along to the product manager.

We are planning on adding an export option in Vendio where you can export your items in files that work with Endicia, UPS Worldship, and FedEx Ship Manager. Hopefully once this is available (I do not have a specific eta available currently) you will be able to use that option with the same desired results.

Regards,
Nathan

Hello Nathan,

Thanks for the quick reply. Please add ShipWorks to your target export format. ShipWorks is the must have shipping tool for large volume shipper. Integration with ShipWorks should help Vendio's many present and future customers.

What shipping flow do you recommend using the existing Vendio platform? Could you please outline the "Vendio prefered" shipping steps currently working now? Thanks.

Mike

Hello Mike,

I have passed along your suggestion about ShipWorks as well. At this point managing the shipping is mostly a manual process (until the more automated integration is put in place). The orders that are ready to be shipped can be located in your Vendio account by going to "Orders" --> "Sold Items" --> "Needing Shipment" --> you may then click the order number for the details.

However, there is a generic .csv file export option available as well. You might want to take a look at that to see if it will work for you. It may be located in the "Sold Items" section, and is the button labeled "Export File".

Regards,
Nathan

I know this is an old thread, but want to add that even for smaller sellers, being able to upload a sku# to my ebay's custom label would help greatly. My product supplier lets me know when an item is out of stock, whereby I go to ebay and find that item #...the only way to sort my product on ebay by sku# is with the custom label. And since vendio won't let me end an ebay listing from vendio platform...

I have to manually go in and add my sku # into ebay's custom label. Needless to say, that takes a lot of time, esp. for a small business like myself, since I'm scrambling to use all my time most efficiently so I can get ahead.

So you know, there's more than one reason to be able to load info into ebay's custom label field.

Thanks for listening.
