hi. i am having a problem getting my item description to appear on my ebay ads. it does not show up in the ebay ad preview or in the actual ebay listing itself.
i am using a custom template, and have tried each of the different description tags to try and find the issue. Neither [MAIN_DESCRIPTION], [BEFORE_DESCRIPTION_TEXT], [AFTER_DESCRIPTION_TEXT] or [FULL_DESCRIPTION] get it to appear.
i have pasted below the relevant css code and the html where i am referring to the description - any help would be appreciated!

Hello,
We need to do some more testing on this, but it seems to be related to Google Chrome which you must also be using. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the template, so the code itself is fine. The problem is that when you setup and saved your item, Chrome is losing the description data so there isn't anything to preview or display.
If you edit some of your items you'll notice the description fields are all blank. If you add them with FireFox or Internet Explorer it shouldn't be a problem, but something with Chrome seems to be dropping the descriptions right now.
When more information becomes available on this issue we'll post back to this thread.

thanks for the prompt reply! you're right, the issue is with google chrome. i hadn't thought of trying to post a listing using a different browser. thanks for the tip.
