Hello,
Are you looking to change the actual username you use to log into your Vendio account, or just what shows up on the storefront/etc?
Note that your Vendio username doesn't really come into play anywhere other than what you use to log into your account, as you can change what your store shows as needed.
If you need to change the actual username, please send your request via the 'help' tab along with your preferred username.

When it does my ebay templates, it displays my Username in the ebay add, so i was wanting it to match my ebay username, unless there is a way to have it not display my Vendio username in the template

Hello,
Your username is by default populated into the 'business name' field on your policy profile. This is where it looks like your username shows on your template. You can change this to say whatever you want, or delete it from showing up completely here
