Greetings
I have had photos disappear from auctions that went on ebay, ended. But I left the forms untouched in my items list.
Also, I have not deleted photos but I notice, pretty regularly, all but one of my images will vanish from the auction. I still have them in the images section. However, this is a problem: I re-add them. But when I preview ebay auction, I see seven blank boxes where the images would be, then have to look waaaaaaaaaaay down finally to see the images I added.
This also shows up on ebay, because I have sent auctions over thinking such a gap with empty boxes would not show up. Wrong.
Any idea what is causing that? Any idea how to fix it and prevent it from happening? It always happens. I don't look at my items for even a few days and images vanish from my so-called ready auctions.
thanks,
gmt

Hello
thank you I appreciate it.
I do not remove photos especially if I might re-list the auction from Vendio. But I have seen as a regular thing the photos gone from auction always after they close.
The one I re-listed was the box of beveled glass. I have 39 pieces so a lot of shots. I did the ebay preview, and I see the text, but seven boxes, then down I see the photos that I re-added, after of course I noticed the photos were gone.
It is the first in the line up of my items. Do you need the sku number?

Hello Gina,
I see the 11 images attached currently, are you missing others that aren't part of these 11? I didn't see any boxes where 'missing' images would be, perhaps you removed those or re-uploaded the ones you were missing?
You can edit your images preferences to keep images when not in use for anywhere between 30-90 days - but this would be the only way the system would delete images automatically (if they hadn't been used in the specified timeframe and the preferences were setup to clear them.)
