When I try to preview an eBay ad listing, it makes a window too small to see the whole listing. Plus, it does not allow me to adjust the size of the viewing window. Its version of "maximized" in only 1/4 my screen. All pop-up blockers are off. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

This is a known issue with IE7 and our engineers are working on correcting the problem. In the meantime, you should be able to work around the problem by using the F11 key on your keyboard (this will maximize the preview window for you).
