My winning bid notices are not sending. I checked my profile and the box is checked to send the notice. This happened the other day and I thought it was just a fluke.

I just unchecked the send notice field and saved and went back and checked again to see if that works. I'll let you know. I just manually sent some. Check item #380129330263.

Hello Steve,

The next time this happens, please do not manually send the Winning Bidder Notification. Please also do not check or uncheck the box in step 1. In order to investigate the problem we will need to see the order while it is currently having the problem.

Also note that while the Winning Bidder Notifications are usually sent rather quickly, they are not always immediate. If you are manually checking step 1, then this can cause the Winning Bidder Notification to not be sent.

Also note that manually checking step 1 will not manually send the Winning Bidder Notification. In order to manually send a Winning Bidder Notification you will need to put a check mark in the box to the left of the item and click the "Send WBN" button at the top of your list of sold items.

I unchecked/checked the send WBN box under my profile, not fulfillment checklist.

Oh, I see. Sorry for the confusion. In that case it appears to me that the Winning Bidder Notification was sent automatically for the listing you referenced (step 1 is automatically checked by our system after the Winning Bidder Notification is sent). Please let me know in more detail in exactly what way it appears to you that it was not.

Hello Steve,

Your account is set to use eBay checkout redirect. Please note that when using eBay Checkout Redirect, WBNs will be sent approximately 30 minutes after the item closes. No WBN will be sent if the buyer completes payment before that time.

The eBay checkout redirect setting may be disabled (but we do recommend keeping the setting active) under "My Account" --> "Post Sale Management".

Correct. Since you have checkout redirect enabled the Winning Bidder Notification will be sent approximately 30 minutes after the item closes.
