I have an auction listed through Vendio on EBay. The preview image box does not show up on the listing. When I open the listing, all photo boxes read "photo not currently available, please try again later". Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,
The reason your images are not showing on your active eBay listings is because the images are set to only be visible in your Vendio Store. Please set the images to be generally available by going to "Images" -->
"My Images" --> put check marks in the boxes to the left of the images --> click the "Mark As" button --> select "Mark as General available" and click "OK". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this after making that change.

I have made sure all of my photos are generally viewable. My photos do show up within the listing. However, my gallery (search preview) photo does not show up on EBay searches. So, buyers need to actually click on the listing, to see any photos at all. EBay has sent me the following error message: There was an issue generating the Gallery picture for your listingynex iPod Dock with Remote and AV Cables(#150394401094)
Why it didn't work:
We were unable to download your picture named:
http://imagehost.vendio.com/a/35035385/aview/ipod_docking.jpg
Here's how to fix it:
Either the Internet was very busy when we tried to download your picture and we could not get through, or the Web server hosting your picture is not functioning correctly. Contact your Web server administrator to make sure the server is okay.
You can provide a new URL, or request that we try to download your picture again, by going to:
http://cgi5.ebay.com/ws1/eBayISAPI.dll?DisplayGalleryImagePageV3&Item=150394401094
Unfortunately, since eBay pulls the eBay gallery image at the time the item is listed (and the images were not set to be generally available when the items were listed), you will need to resubmit the image URL using eBay's gallery correction form. You may locate the image URL by going to "Images" --> "My Images" --> then click the magnifying glass icon next to the image and copy the URL from the "Image URL" box. Please then enter the image URL into eBay's gallery correction form, which may be located here:
