I wish to not use Vendio checkout in my EBay listings submitted through Vendio. How do I prevent Vendio checkout icon from appearing in my EBay listings? EBay is telling me I am using an unauthorized payment system.

What is the message that eBay is giving you about an unauthorized payment system?
You may turn off Vendio checkout by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) --> select "Items" from the drop-down box at the top of the page --> uncheck the box next to "When buyers use eBay Checkout, redirect them to your Vendio Checkout instead". Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this for your future new listings after making that change.
