My auction ended tonight and the buyer lives in Canada, but I can't change the shipping cost on the invoice. I changed it in the WBN, but it still shows up as TBD when I view the Checkout.
My buyer says the invoice won't let her send payment. I looked at it and it still says "No shipping carrier available". Please tell me how to edit the shipping so it shows up on the invoice Vendio sends her.

Hello,
When you click to edit the WBN - be sure to check that last box in the list of shipping carriers labeled 'Offer International Shipping' and then include your Canada specific shipping cost down in this international specific section. These will be the only options presented to buyers in your checkout flow.
