My buyer lives in Brazil and used his Brazil address for Paypal. But he wants the item mailed to Miami. I only ship to the address Paypal gives me so I refunded his payment and told him how to add the Miami address to Paypal.
He added the address, but the auction page still shows the item as paid, so there's no link to send another invoice. I don't know how to send another invoice and he doesn't know how to send payment again. How do I send another invoice so he can pay again? Is there a way to do this directly from Ebay?

Hello,
I don't know how to do this from eBay, but if you wanted to from Vendio you could easily unmark the item as being checked out on and paid for so they can do it again from here.
Click the Post Sale numbered keys beside this item in your closed or post sale area of the Sales Manager, then just uncheck steps 2 and 3 if they are completed and resend the WBN.
