I have 2 questions. The first regards checkingout. I have shipping set at one price for all items in one shipment. The box that shows the shipping charges shows the shipping as if every item is being charged. The total on the bottom right is correct but I am afraid the customers will be scared off before looking at the total. Is there anyway to remove the shipping charges showing? Next question is regarding the profile setting for shipping. I have set up FEDEX account and when i put that in the profile it goes across to Ebay and shows in the payment accepted area of the template. Ebay does not except Fedex and I dont want to have to go into every description to overwrite it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to not show the individual shipping charges prior to the discount during checkout.
If you do not want FedEx to show as a shipping option in your eBay listings, then you will need to remove it as an option from your shipping profile (and enter a different shipping carrier option into the shipping profile).
