New to Vendio... Was under the impression this medium allowed for Motors Research (not parts and acc.)

Am I not looking in the right place?

Is there a tool available allowing for analytics outside of Vendio that would be recommended?

Hello Justin,

I was able to see the problem with Research for non Parts & Accessories eBay Motors, and I have asked our engineers to take a look. We will let you know as soon as we hear back from them.

The reason I signed up for Vendio Services was due to eBay Motors research and the advanced tools.

How long will it take to fix? Are we talking hours or days?

If days, I would like to cancel subscription and be refunded ASAP please.

Unfortunately, I do not have an eta available at this time. If you need to cancel your account, please send a request from your Vendio account by going to "Help" --> "Contact Us" --> "Email" --> "Contact Support".
