Can I cancel the Vendio Platform and continue to use the counters as I was previously before the Auctiva fallout? So far I have not seen any advantage to the Vendio Platform. I do constantly have to apologize to customers for emails automatically sent by Vendio to people that have already paid, sometimes over a week later. I have not found anyway to shut the emails off so none are sent.
I checked your Vendio account "dorsetkl", but it has not been subscribed to the Vendio Platform service. Could you please let us know the account username that is subscribed to Vendio Platform, so that we can make sure we are giving you the correct instructions?

The automatic email options may be enabled or disabled by going to "Preferences" (at the top right of most pages in your Vendio account) --> then select "Orders" from the drop-down box at the top of the page. There are a few other automatic email settings that can be changed by selecting "Items" from the drop-down box at the top of the Preferences page.
If you would like to deactivate Vendio Platform, you may do so by going to "My Vendio" --> "My Account" --> "My Product Plans" --> then click "disable" to the right of "Vendio Platform". For Image Hosting, click "see other plans" and click the "discontinue your Image Hosting plan" link.
