Please note that you may view the error messages for failed eBay listings under "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> "Errors" --> then click the "Error" link to the right of the failed listing. In this case eBay is returning two different error messages:
1. Package weight exceeded maximum allowable limit for service US Postal Service First Class Mail.
2. The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy. Please review your item. It appears that you are offering money order as a payment method which is no longer permitted in the eBay marketplace. As of January 15th, we will be removing any items that offer this payment method within the listing. Sellers must offer to accept one or more of the following payment methods
* Paypal
* Credit or debit card processed through an Internet merchant account
* Propay
Sellers may in addition offer to accept Payment Upon Pickup. Please revise your listing by removing the banned payment method. Based on the safety concerns and input from the Community, eBay has established an Accepted Payments policy that clarifies eBay's position on payment methods.
For more information on the Safe Payments policy, please click on the following link:
For the first error message, please revise your item and either lower the weight, or remove the USPS First-Class Mail shipping option.
For the second error message, please revise your Payment Profile and remove the check and money order options. If you want to offer check and money order for your Vendio Store, but need to remove them for eBay, click the "Adjust these settings for eBay" link at the bottom of the Payment Profile. Then uncheck the check and money order options in that section.
