I checked the email addresses that are on file for your Vendio account, but the most recent email I could locate from either of the addresses was from April 1st. Are you using the "Help" section in your Vendio account to send the messages? If not, please send the messages in that way, as they will then avoid any spam filtering and other potential delivery problems. To do this, go to "Help" at the top right of the page --> click "Email" below "Contact Us" --> click the "Ask a Question" tab --> fill out the form and be sure to follow through to submit the message. Once the message has been submitted, please verify that it was sent correctly by clicking the "My Support Requests" tab. Then go to the last page of support requests and make sure that your most recent message appears there. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
