I just ended a few of my ebay items early (they were listed through Vendio) - will they eventually show up in the available quantity and in my store in stock or do I have to change something? I know if the listings ended on their own they would, but I ended these early.
Also had a question about checkout for Vendio stores - is an item removed from inventory as soon as the customer adds the item to their cart or does is stay available to other customers until they go through checkout? thanks in advance for your help!
Could you please let us know one of the listing numbers that you ended early, but the inventory quantity has not yet updated, so that we can take a look?
The inventory quantity will be updated after the buyer goes through the checkout process for the Store item (rather than as soon as the item is added to the cart).

The Vendio item # for one of the listings is 394318048. The listing was ended on ebay a couple of hours ago, but it is still showing 'on Marketplace' and out of stock in my Vendio store. Maybe it just takes a while? I did notice just now that one of the listings is showing correctly. thanks again for your help!
Thank you for the additional information. When a listing is ended early, it can sometimes take a bit of time before eBay notifies Vendio that the listing has ended. If you want to speed the process along, please go to "Channels" --> "Marketplace Listings" --> select the listing and click the "Refresh Live Status" button at the top of the page. I have done this for you for the listing that you referenced. Please allow an hour or so for the changes to appear.
