Since the recent changes in the look and feel of the items page, there have been a few annoyances.
First, it is slow. If I click on items->my_items it takes at least 15 seconds to complete the page - sometimes longer. I'm pretty sure it used to be a lot faster, but of course I can't go back in time and check.
Even more annoying, possibly because of the slowness, is the way it draws the pages and moves the input focus around. Where I notice this consistently is when I click search. It pops up the search box. I click in the text input area and start typing. Then the input focus is moved elsewhere, I'm guessing because the page drawing has not finished, and part of what I am typing never makes into the text area. So I have to click there again to reset the input focus and finish typing my text.
We are aware that the pages are loading slower than before, and our engineers are working on making some changes to correct this. I apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime.
