I am new to Vendio and am trying to upload multiple images into my folder. For some reason, some of the images failed to upload. Can anybody point me in the right direction as to why this is happening? Thanks.
There are a few reasons why an image upload might fail. Are you getting any specific error message when the upload fails? If not, please forward us a copy of one of the image files that you are having trouble with, so that we can take a look.
thanks for the heads up. I hadn't thought to look under the x. Once I did, there was a message that said image exceeds 1024kb. so I'm going to try to shrink the image size. Again, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
