I'm new to the vendio store and I'm setting up my first test listing. I've figured most of it out but when I open 'create item' it gives me an error
'server error while reading category tree'
Can you tell me if this is just me, something I've misconfigured or if it's everybody. And is there any other place to assign categories besides the create/edit item page?
I logged in to your account and went to "Items" --> "Create Items", but I was unable to duplicate the problem. If you haven't already please try clearing your browser cache and Vendio cookies and see if that helps. If it does not, please let us know whether or not you have the same problem when using a different browser. For example, if you are using Mozilla Firefox try Internet Explorer. Please let us know the results.
If you are trying to create new categories, you may do so under "Stores" --> "Categories". If you are trying to assign a Store category to an existing inventory item, the only way to do this is from the item page, unfortunately.
