Can you describe in more detail what you mean when you say your weekly group? You can certainly track the success of the lots as they are listed, either by viewing the items from the Marketplace listings - recently closed section or perhaps more easily viewed from the 'eBay qty' column right on your Items page.
When you see that there are x at market, click the number and it will give you a full history for your item. You can see how many you launched in each lot, when they were listed/closed and how many sold. This is something you could view in the reporting tools as well if you chose to use them, but it would be easily tracked right from the My Items page where you will be doing most of your work from.
The 'Cost to Seller' field that you can complete when creating and editing your items is where you could track your profit and loss for your listings via the reports.
Can you clarify your question about photo's automatically linking? If you will be importing your inventory from a CSV file we can automatically attach the images referenced in the file - so you do not have to hand pick them to attach. (if this is what your referring to)
