Obviously there are issues at Vendio.
I just launched a listing, it should have cost me .05 cents as eBay is running a special .05 buy it now listings. Instead it cost me $1.00 to list the item.
Obviously there is a problem here and its going to cost potential sellers as what it appears to be is any eBay promotion wont be able to be used if using vendio?

Hello,
Because of an eBay limitation, if you launch a listing that falls under an eBay promotional rate, the promotional rate will not be shown in Vendio. However, as long as the listing qualifies for the eBay promotion you should see the promotional rate in your eBay account.

Hi....
Nope, I just looked eBay did not debit from my account at the promotional rate and yes... it is listed in the proper category. Video Games are .05 insertion fee and subtitles are supposed to be Free in the category. Instead I was charged .50 insertion fee and .50 subtitle fee.
You state this is because of an eBay limitation... like what?
I mean, hey, your stating this is an eBay issue, it would then be issue for Auctiva or Channel Advisor which it does not appear to be an issue for.

Hello,
Sorry for the confusion, what we mean is that if you saw the price wrong in preview (if you didn't then disregard this statement) - this is normal, as the eBay API that is used to generate the previews will always show the default pricing and not promotional pricing.
eBay has always stated that it doesn't matter where you list your items from, if they qualify for a promotion they are offering currently then it should be shown as such on your statement.
If you listed an item to eBay that should qualify for a promotion currently and it did not - please contact them to inquire why.
