In your inventory, if you have both a 'starting bid' and 'instant buy' setup in the prices field at the bottom of the page, you don't need to do anything.
When you select the item and indicate that you want to launch it, just choose 'as eBay fixed price' from the options under 'site' instead of auction and we'll just use the 'instant buy' value as the fixed price.
