All of this was working a little bit ago, but now I can't figure out what is going on. My impage files have - dashes in them. When I check "My Images" the file name has a -. When I go to "My Items" and try to edit the item, it shows an underscore. Then I change the filename on the csv to have underscores and that doesn't work either.
I have cleared the cache and all that and tried both browsers.

I checked your images, and noticed that many of them are in your account twice -- once with a dash and once with an underscore. Please forward us a copy of the .csv file that you are having trouble with, so that we can take a look.
