Has anyone else using the Vendio platform had trouble with prices changing or items selling lower that you list them.
We have been having a reoccurring problem with this.
we just sold a switch for 145.00 and Vendio automatically launched a new add since we had another switch in inventory. We found out the price had been lowered to $116.00 when the same buyer came back a few hours later and bought the second switch. Both the store add we launched and the inventory price were 145.00. This has happened more times that we want to admit and you are put in a real awkward position. Do you let the item go for way less than it is worth or do you make a customer real mad at you? Some of our customers would have killed us had we been in the same room with them when we tried to explain the situation to them. The Vendio staff so far has not been helpful although they have tried
The problem with the incorrect prices showing on your Google feed has been escalated to our engineers, however there are no updates yet, unfortunately.
If the incorrect prices are showing in your Vendio Store itself, please provide us with an example so that we can take a look.
