Hello you all I set up automation for vendio and when i got an item sold on ebay it didnt show as paid on vendio. Therefore vendio did not send out auto emails and auto feedback. I had to mark manually myself but vendio did not send out my emails. I was wondering if anyone went through this and what can i do to resolve this even though i set up vendio as auto.
It looks like your account has been disabled/reactivated recently, and that may play a part in it depending on when the items were launched and when they closed (in relation to when your Vendio account was active/open.)
But, ignoring that for now, the main thing you need to be sure is setup is the PayPal IPN. This is the system that we rely on in order to mark your items as paid in Vendio:
To activate Instant Payment Notification:
When logged in to your PayPal account, go to your Instant Payment Notification Preferences under Profile > Selling Preferences.
Click the Edit button.
Check the IPN box and paste the following URL in the text field: http://sell.vendio.com/paypalProcessing
Click Save.
