If you edit the items and click to do an 'eBay preview' you can get a more specific error message from them on why it's being kicked back.
For this item it looks like they just want you to remove the reference to being a 'powerseller' since the program has been discontinued. You have this embedded into the item description itself, so simply editing it to remove that verbiage prior to relisting should allow them to post without errors.

Almost 700 of my items have the Powerseller reference. The last three weeks the only things that are getting errors are my coasters. Several different ones in several different categories.
eBay has very slowly been enforcing the removal of powerseller references, but no details as to why some users had to remove it months ago and others are still able to get some of them through.
To be sure this really is happening, you can try removing it from just one or two of your listings and check to be sure they now list without error.
Either way you will need to remove all of the references eventually, even if some of them get through for now. Plan on making the changes eventually even if you can list the other items for the time being.

Thank you for the info but can you help with my original question. My listings that have the word COASTER in the title keep coming back with errors. Out of my 850 listings only about 7 are coasters. These are the ones that keep coming back. Any idea why? Thanks.
I am very sorry for the problems you are having with this. While it does seem odd that it is only the coaster listings that are getting this error message, it does seem to be the powerseller reference that is causing the problem. Why don't you try removing the powerseller reference from those listings and see if it helps?
