Hello
I have a customer that wants a different item than the one chosen. Is it possible for me to remove the wrong item chosen and add the correct item?

Hello Al,
Is this for an item that is currently combined with other items into an order?
If not, please cancel the order and have the buyer go through checkout for the item that they would like.
If it is combined with other items in one order (and the buyer would like the other items), please first uncombine the order (by editing the order in post-sale and clicking the "Edit Buyer / Split Order" button). Then cancel the item that they do not want, have them go through checkout for the item that they do want, and recombine the order with the correct items. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
