I'm considering opening up a third Vendio account but I know the new format is totally different from the old one.
Is there anyway to add a 3rd ID on the old format?

Hello,

Yes, you can sign up for the old format from the following URL:
Click here


Don't sign up for any other services during the initial registration, just register the account/username itself. You can add your usual services and features once the initial account is setup.

OK I'm all signed up and have most everything set up.
I can't find the place to select the size image you want to display. There used to be something where you could set the image to display large or the shopper could click on it to make it larger - where is that?

Hello,

Go to your My Account page, then click Global Preferences. Scroll to the very bottom of this page and you will find the option to enable/disable the image resizing tool in your listings.

Be sure to save the changes when finished.

Thanks it's been years since I've done this stuff and it a lot to set it.
Now I'm getting this message when I try to add international shipping.
• Please update the fields marked in red and address the following errors:

* Error trying to authenticate your zipcode: 7052 : Socket error : 110 Connection timed out
Please try again later.

Hello,

I checked your global preferences, but noticed that you already have international shipping set up there. Could you please let us know in more detail the exact change that you are trying to make, and where you are trying to make it, so that we can attempt to duplicate the problem in your account?

When I went back to the listing page, everything seemed OK. So I guess it took it after all.
