Please Note: Per eBay requirement, we will be migrating all users to eBay checkout early next week.

If you are still using Vendio Checkout/eBay Checkout Redirect, please be aware that once this migration takes place your buyers will be redirected to checkout through eBay instead of Vendio. This should not affect your buyer's ability to checkout, or Vendio's ability to manage your post-sale activities. Vendio has taken steps to ensure a smooth transition, and if your account is properly set up, we will still be able to process other post-sale notices and help you with your post-sale activities as we always have.

In addition to the items on the checklist document, you should check your Paypal IPN settings to ensure that IPN is enabled. This will allow us to capture payment information for items that are paid via Paypal if we are not able to get the payment information from eBay. The directions to set up IPN are available here:
