Shipping

We ship by Canada Post's Regular Parcel option to both Canada and USA. It's 2 to 10 days for Canada, and 2~4 weeks to USA.

Shipping price to Canada is $5 for the first cube, then $1 for each additional.

Orders are sent out usually within the next business day or two.
If you live in the Vancouver area and attend cube meets, we highly recommend you choose the "Pick up at Cube Meet" shipping option. It is completely free.

Returns

Please send an e-mail to our customer service within ONE week of receiving your order. In the e-mail, please provide the following things:

1. Your name

2. A picture of the defective product

3. State whether you want a refund or a replacement, you will not be charged for shipping if you choose for us to replace it.
