Return Policy: We accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.

We stand behind our products 100%. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase, simply ship it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Please note, some items have specific return directions, please contact us for details. We must receive your returned purchase in unused condition within 14 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item excluding shipping and handling charges . We do not accept returned items that have been used. Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging or that may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We describe items in best of our ability so please read the description carefully.
