Customer Satisfaction Policy
Our customer’s satisfaction is our primary concern at Hecklar’s House. We make every effort to ensure that our prices are fair, the condition of our merchandise is accurately conveyed, and your orders are packaged properly and mailed promptly; to make your shopping experience at our house is the best that it can be. We understand that online purchasing involves an element of trust and we sincerely appreciate your trust. We do realize that our customers may occasionally wish to return merchandise. The following explains our refund and return polices.

Return Policy

All prices and quantities are as accurate as possible. The shopping cart is a live system that updates quantities when an order is placed. In almost all instances, an item listed on our site is available for purchase. When you check out, it is removed from the system so others cannot order it. In the unlikely event that there is an error with the price or quantity, Hecklar’s House reserves the right to remove an item from your order. If a portion of your order is not available, Hecklar’s House will adjust your charge or make a refund for the missing items and ship the rest. If there is any portion of your order unavailable, a Hecklar’s House representative will contact you before shipping your order. Any product may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund as long as it is returned in the same condition as it was received. You must return the item within 7 days of its arrival. Any missing items or orders not received within 30 days by the purchaser or intended recipient must be reported to Hecklar. All orders are triple-checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have accidentally received item that you did not order, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt. Return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item. In the event that we can not exchange the item, we will issue the customer a full refund for the purchase price of that item. We will also refund all shipping charges associated with the return of the item.

Sealed Products
If you would like to return any factory-sealed merchandise that we have sent you, for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt. Return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges. If the return is being made due to a mistake on our end, we will also refund all shipping charges associated with the transaction. If an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed starter deck) and you opened the item, that item can not be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy. If the product is received back in altered condition (e.g. a sealed board game opened, a booster pack opened, a crease on a near-mint roleplaying book etc.), then it will be treated as a sale to us of a used item, not as a return, and your credit will depend on what we would normally pay for that used product. If you have purchased a factory sealed item that is missing pieces, parts, instructions, etc., please let us know and we will contact the manufacturer to obtain replacement pieces.

Singles

If a customer is not satisfied with the condition of any single cards they have received, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item. In the event that we are unable to exchange the item, we will issue the customer a full refund for the purchase price of that item. We will also refund all shipping charges exclusively associated with the return of the item.

Privacy Policy
Personal information gathered during checkout is used only to process your order. Hecklar will never sell, share or market your personal information.

Shipping policy and Shipping Rates
Any missing items or orders not received within 30 days by the purchaser or intended recipient must be reported to Hecklar. The shopping cart calculates a selection of shipping options and costs based on your location and the contents of your cart. Although it is very rare, some orders do get lost or damaged during transit. If you have chosen shipping through Fed-Ex or UPS and your order is lost or damaged, Hecklar’s House will either send out a replacement order or give a refund. Hecklar’s House cannot give a replacement or refund on lost or damaged shipments sent through USPS Mail. Orders shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS may require a signature when delivered. If an order is returned to us, due to our failure to put an accurate address, because we have instructed you to refuse this order, because we have shipped the wrong items, or because we asked the shipping company to return the order, then our company is entirely responsible for the shipping charges, both to and from you, the buyer. Otherwise, the shipping costs, both to and from, are your responsibility and any charges billed to us will, in turn, be charged to you. The refund will be issued within 3-7 business days of the return of the product.
